ReplyDeleteIt is important to learn about the education in other cultures because it will make you appreciate the education that you get in the United States, the country that's known to be equal opportunity.
ReplyDeleteI personally think it isn't too important but still a good thing to learn about. Being informed can change quite a lot of things, such as outlooks on life and education. Although, we aren't attempting to get and education from those countries so we are quite lucky we're here.

ReplyDeleteIt is important for journalists to learn about many aspects of a culture so that they are not misinformed when reporting something about that culture or any other culture. Having tunnel vision results in not understanding the perspectives of other people on the other side of the fence.
I think it is important to learn about educational systems other than your own because it can broaden your horizons and give you a good perspective on education. Sometimes school gets boring and I want to slack off but when I see how much effort that kids from poorer countries go to just to attend school it makes me thankful for what I have and want to work harder.

I think it is important to learn about the educational systems and lives of other countries. It will give people a sense of what goes on in those areas and what the children there learn. People will begin to understand why their lives are different than their own. Also, a journalist should learn about the aspects of culture so if they plan on visiting other countries, they will know how to respect and understand the lives of the people around them there. They will know how to give a good report on that culture.
ReplyDeleteI think it is good to learn about kids in other countries about their language. This is good because it allows us to see how lucky and fortunate we are to be automatically granted the chance to have an education. This also shows what countries are like us and what countries are from our education.

I think it is important to learn about other education around the world because; a lot of people take their education for granted because they haven't seen the conditions of other schools around the world. It is especially important for writers / journalist to know about the other aspects of the many cultures around the world... that would not only give them a boost on a whole different topic to talk about but improve & expand their way of thinking and they will express that in their writing.

ReplyDeleteI think it is important for us to learn about the educational systems in other countries because it helps us appreciate the educational opportunities we have when we see the other school systems which are not nearly as good as ours. It is important for journalists to learn about the aspects of different cultures because it allows then to be open minded and not be bias to just one group of people.

I think that its important for journalists to look at many aspects so they don't write a one sided story
