A few days ago a foundation named "Invisible children" visited our school. They told us a story about a 24 year and counting, war going on in Uganda. The government is opposing a rebel group called the Lord's Resistance Army or LRA. This group led by one, Joseph Kony, their main objective is to overthrow the government. In the beginning, the LRA had a lot of support but as the war dragged on and little progress was being made, the LRA began losing support and because of the lack of support it became more violent. Kony's idea was that if no one would choose to support them then he would force them to. He did this by abducting children and making them soldiers.
