Interactive Journalism... What is it?

Interactive journalism is a new kind of journalism that lets consumers directly contribute to the story. By using new technology reporters have conversations or "interact" with the audience. Interactive journalism has developed as an effort to get the audiences attention. The audience then can become the producer and/or editor of the news. Below is a link to a man named Sandeep Junnarkar, a professor of interactive journalism, talking about how the journalism world is changing and where interactive journalism can take you in life.
